Shipping policy

We work with multiple print facilities around the world and will likely ship from the closest one to the order address. Orders ship from USA, Mexico, Spain and/or Australia. We also plan on opening a new facility in Canada in October 2020.

Since we print everything based on orders and don't hold inventory, shipping times vary based on fulfilment. Average delivery time from order is 10 days.

Returns and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Since we print each order based on specific requests, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or if the incorrect size was selected. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient/incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Requested Cities & Designs

Once a city is requested, our team will gauge the interest level of the city prior to creating it via surveys, other similar requests and/or Instagram voting. You'll be notified if the city was selected.
